What's one Fruit, Veggie and meat you cant live without?

Meat- (Vegitarian so not a fan of meat) But Buffalo Wings....made with meat substitute.
Fruit- Watermelon!
Veggie- Asparagus0 -
Turkey, broccoli and bananas. But not all at once. O.o0

Meat- Chicken! I could eat chicken at every meal.
Fruit- Cherries are my favorite but they are toooooo expensive!
Vegetable- Spaghetti Squash! I love it. It is one of my favorite foods!0 -

I need a fruit with vitamin C in it or I'll get scurvy, right? So we'll go with orange juice, which is as close as I want to get to fruit.
Veggies. Hm. Does grain count? Actually, I'm not sure there is a veggie I can't live without. But since I don't eat fish and flax is a good source of omega 3 or whatever the heck that is that comes in my little red krill pill, I'm going with flax.
The third one is easy. Beef or other red meat. Yummy, yummy iron.0 -

I am a vegetarian so I don't eat meat ....
But fruit - mmmm apples or kiwi!!
Vegetables;
I am a major vegetable lover... I eat mostly any vegetable and I couldnt live without most of them!0 -
Meat - Chicken (You can do just about anything with Chicken - we even use ground chicken to replace "hamburger" in dishes)
Fruit - Oranges (I feel AWFUL if I don't get enough vitamin c)
Veggie - Napa Cabbage (This is my main veggie. I sometimes use it place of lettuce in salads, I use it to make stews and soups, I used it in stir fries, etc.)0 -
Meat? Crab! I don't get to eat it often but when I do it's practically orgasmic.
Fruit? Persimmons OR Watermelon OR Mango, I really could not pick!
Veggies? Broccoli & Sugar snap peas!

Fruit - Banana (great snack and pre or post workout pick-me-up)
Vegie - Broccoli (with asparagus a close second) - keep wanting to like brussels sprouts but.....not yet....0 -
I am not sure where it would fit but I have steel cut oats for breakfast almost everyday - really good stuff which ought to be on my favorites list - I guess maybe there is another category for "grains" or something? - clearly I didn't initially mentally map "oats" to any of the categories of meat, vegies, or fruit.....0

Veggie: Onion, I think I put these in virtually everything.
Meat: I think I could live without meat in general but every time lamb shows it's face I bite.0 -
Meat - Fish, especially tilapia!
Fruit - Apples. I love them, and I try to eat one a day.
Veggie - Carrots for sure. Potatoes are a close second.0 -

veggie- green beans! i prefer to get the frozen ones but i will eat any kind and sweet potato is a yummy yummy second but i dont really consider it a veggie i consider it a startch0 -

Meat: Have not eaten meat for nearly half my life now.

Fruit: Tomato (seriously, tomatoes are technically a fruit but usually counted as a vegetable. And I eat them every day, and couldn't live without them).0 -

Veggie: Mushrooms--white, bella, wild-I love them all

I learned I could live without fruit. Wasn't able to have fruit of any kind for 8 weeks. I didn't die, lol
Sprouts. Love them. Soooo cheap on Cal's, carbs etc.
