For me:
Meat: Ribeye steak, grilled with a bit of garlic butter melted over the top....heavenly!
I think I just drooled a little! I love a good ribeye!0 -

Fruit: Honeycrisp Apple

Meat I don't eat - so N/A
Fruit - at the moment is apricots - I crave different things at different times so it is impossible for me to have a one thing - there must be something I need in apricots at the moment because I can't get enough of them.
Veggie - another hard choice - I guess corn or potato unless tomatoes can be out of the fruit catergory on this one.0 -
Meat- (Vegitarian so not a fan of meat) But Buffalo Wings....made with meat substitute.

Fruit- Cherries are my favorite but they are toooooo expensive!

I need a fruit with vitamin C in it or I'll get scurvy, right? So we'll go with orange juice, which is as close as I want to get to fruit.
Veggies. Hm. Does grain count? Actually, I'm not sure there is a veggie I can't live without. But since I don't eat fish and flax is a good source of omega 3 or whatever the heck that is that comes in my little red krill pill, I'm going with flax.
The third one is easy. Beef or other red meat. Yummy, yummy iron.0 -
