Meat - STEAK. I eat more chicken, turkey, and fish than steak, but I can't get by without steak. For one thing, I have a severe potassium deficiency (my body doesn't absorb it like it should no matter how much I consume) and for some reason steak/red meat helps with that more than other higher potassium foods. For another thing, steak is yummy.
Vegetable - BROCCOLI! I love it raw or steamed, but only fresh (not frozen). No need for a dip or anything on it - I just chow down. Yesterday I just grabbed a crown, washed it off, and munched on that. My husband joked that it looked like I was walking around gnawing on a tree, but it is soooooo good!
Fruit: BANANA. Whoever said that bananas lead to belly fat clearly has not met me. I shed more than 18" off my waist and I eat at least one - often two - bananas every day. Once again, I need the potassium, but it also fuels me and is easy on my extremely easily upset stomach (I have a pathological gastric hyper-secretory condition) so even on bad tummy days I can eat those.0 -

Vegetable: Spinach.. somehow i eat it most days0 -
Meat: Turkey Breast - I can cook that a million different ways and it's always amazing... lean & takes on flavor easily without a lot of junk added in (i.e., sodium based junk)
Fruit: Strawberries - I can eat them by the pound when they're in season. I live about a 2 hour drive from a strawberry farm and we're always putting in orders that for flats of fresh berries in the summer
Veggie (TIE) - Brussel Sprouts or Zucchini - Love to make roasted brussel sprouts or chop them into stir fry or put them on skewers on the grill.... but zucchini is a fav too. I use them even for breakfast, sliced and sauteed in a drizzle of olive oil then folded into my egg whites or egg beaters. YUM!0 -
Meat: Shrimp. I could probably live without red meat or poultry, but I love shrimp.
Fruit: I love fruit so this will be a tough one. I cannot just pick one. Strawberries, watermelon and grapes.
Veggie: This will also be a tough one. Probably brocoli is the one that can't live without.0 -
