Meat: I would definitly have to say beef. Probably burgers - you can make them in so many different ways!

Fruit: Hm...this is tough. I would say mangoes or bananas. Or just mangoes AND bananas in a smoothie together!

Vegetable: I'm with you on the mushrooms, but I LOVE asparagus! Or canned sweet peas...my grandma's specialty at Thanksgiving haha!

    I guess I'm pretty indecisive.... ^_^

Meat: lean ham... nom nom good on anything really :) healthy pizza, sammiches, omelets etc

Fruit: apples... any kind really but my fav is granny smith, they are a staple in my morning oatmeal :) kind of like eating an apple pie for breakfast!

Veggie: hmm.. this is hard.... I like so many... I would have to say onions for the flavor they bring to any dish!

Meat - STEAK. I eat more chicken, turkey, and fish than steak, but I can't get by without steak. For one thing, I have a severe potassium deficiency (my body doesn't absorb it like it should no matter how much I consume) and for some reason steak/red meat helps with that more than other higher potassium foods. For another thing, steak is yummy.

Vegetable - BROCCOLI! I love it raw or steamed, but only fresh (not frozen). No need for a dip or anything on it - I just chow down. Yesterday I just grabbed a crown, washed it off, and munched on that. My husband joked that it looked like I was walking around gnawing on a tree, but it is soooooo good!

Fruit: BANANA. Whoever said that bananas lead to belly fat clearly has not met me. I shed more than 18" off my waist and I eat at least one - often two - bananas every day. Once again, I need the potassium, but it also fuels me and is easy on my extremely easily upset stomach (I have a pathological gastric hyper-secretory condition) so even on bad tummy days I can eat those.
