SO TRUE I forgot about all the message boards.. okay.. thats why I think mom shoud do it with her if anything!! But yes... I do think it would be a bit too "old" for her to do on her own.

I've learned so much more from this site than just counting calories, its a whole life style change. You learn portion control and just eating healthy in general! I would talk with her doctor and ask how many calories she should be consuming in a day and help her create a mfp and do it with her! So you make sure she is…

My fiance' is a Roofer and is 6' 3" weighs approximately 205.. he eats everything and anything he wants and never gains a lb. so annoying but I would say 150 is quite slender... eesh

Thanks! Yeah I have an Compulsive obsession with my scale, but I did take measurements last night and I do feel a million times better about my body just from the past 2 days! It's amazing what this workout does in such little time!

Believe it or not rice krispie bars are not that bad!! Also the smart pop white cheddar popcorn they often have in vending machines are also not to bad, I'm tempted when I got to class all the time becuase I'm usually starving by the time class is over and I have an hour drive home.. I always fall for the popcorn!
