Depends on macro breakdowns, depends on goals.

It's a great programme - not to be run in a deficit though as it is taxing.

Jump straight into a cut after bulking. But try and be slow and steady, don't go straight onto poverty macros. Lower to what you think your maintenance is for 1-2 weeks. Then re-*kitten*.

Dehydration.

I squat 3 times a week and love them. Major key for strength building. Not life changing though. You can build good legs without them. You can build a good butt without them. But with them, they help.

Excercise doesn't make you gain weight - food (extra calories over you Total Daily Energy Expenditure do)
-
Just keep doing them. You get used to it. Don't use a pad!!! Srs though as posted above, Layne Norton does 1 good video.

You can't have it all. He should of lean bulked for a year then cut if he had sufficient mass. He would of been in a better position than he is now. People think bodybuilding is a quick fix. It's not, it takes A LOT of time and effort. Take time adding that size and lean mass. Then cut.

Yes: calories overall will be the key to weight loss.
-
My guess is a lot of the weight will be water due to glycogen stores being depleted. Congrats though, suits some. Not for me though.

Not possible.
-
Re-calculate your calories or simply take 100 off what you have been tracking already and note any changes.

MFP protein goals are generally wrong they tend to base figures more based around weight loss/calorie counting than macro nutrient figures. As above - protein between 0.8-1g per 1lb of body weight, fats generally 0.4 per 1lb, the rest carbohydrates.

What he said! Good luck bro.

Anything you want that fits in your calories!!

Pointless piece of equipment.

Could not train as intensely as i do with out carbs, however i do eat low carb now im cutting. i eat between 100-150g a day and probably 75% of that pre workout for energy. Working well for me.
-
No problem dude. Oneon is all i use now, and i have probably tried every protein going!!!
-
i think you should aim more for 1g of protein per 1lb of weight. You ate 291g of protein for what reason? What you weigh? Surplus protein to that amount is pointless unless your Jay Cutler.
