Egg yolks have cholesterol, and some people, like me, don't like the taste of them. I boil eggs and eat just the whites.

You probably need to eat a snack. It could also be withdrawl from sugar/caffiene/processed foods.

Unless you have diabetes, then you should watch your fruit intake. Yes it has sugar, but it's also good for you. No one ever got fat from eating fruit.

I have large calves and I love them. It's one of my best features. It means we are strong. I do have issues finding boots, but we are stuck with them. Might as well embrace it. I found boots at Avenue and Lane Bryant. The make the shafts bigger. (insert dirty joke here).

I would do a mix of things. Cardio melts fat so you can see your new muscles. And don't eat under your calories. If you are doing strength training make sure you eat enough protein and drink a lot of water to repair your muscles and fuel your body.

I eat a lot of protein each day as well. Some days over 100g, depends on my mood. I'm a carnivore and if I don't have meat with every meal I get cranky. :-)

I ate pretty clean last week until Friday. I had a cheat meal of BBQ brisket, mac and cheese and creamed corn. I was sick the rest of the day and had intestinal issues to say the least... go figure.

It sounds like your sciatic (sp) nerve. Have you been to a chiropractor? They really help move things off the nerves. Also icing it and taking some anti-inflamtories will help.

I had 3 boiled egg whites and two peices of whole wheat toast this morning. I also sometimes have a Special K flatbreat sandwich. Both quick and easy. IMO - breakfast is not a preference thing, it gets your body going in the morning.

Butter is better than using something artificial. Or put them on skewers and grill them with some garlic salt on them. One tsp of butter isn't too bad. Olive oil might be better since it's a good kind of fat. Or use Pam. I've done that as well.

Love the Subway salads! This week I've been pretty good about bringing my lunch. I grilled a few chicken breasts on Sunday and bring some of that with some frozen veggies and warm them up for lunch.
