I make my own tortilla chips. Cut up corn tortillas into 1/8 pieces. Put them on a baking sheet and spray with Pam and sprinkle with a little salt and bake them for about 6 minutes at 350. YUM!!!!

I have the fitbit flex (I think) it's the thin one you wear on your wrist. I sync it with my iPad mini and haven't had any issues with that. I haven't had issues with rashes either. I've had it since September and I really like it. Seems to be pretty accurate measuring my activity. :-)

I count my creamer that I put in mine and it hasn't hindered anything for me. Plus the warm tea or coffee helps me feel fuller.

I get the salad with a little brown rice, black beans, grilled veggies, steak, the corn salsa and a little cheese. No dressing. LOVE IT!

I had mine taken out back in 2007. I had no idea the pain I was feeling was my gall bladder. Like you, I had lost some weight, and didn't know that could cause issues. I wish you the best on quitting smoking. I've never smoked, so I don't know how hard it is to quit, but I think it's great that you are doing it. do what you gotta do for 3 days and hopefully you will stay away from it.

Stir fry is one of my faves. I also roast it with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and parm cheese. SOOOO GOOD!

I actually found that the Dex Flex and Comfort lines from Payless are really comfy and durable. I'm hard on shoes, and the flats they have are really cute. Also check out Sears line of I Love Comfort.

I went to Costco yesterday and had a slice of pizza. I logged it in today and was in shock. I never thought it was that may calories. BUT the amount of sodium was through the roof. yeah, no more of that!

I have the same issue. I use the maxi pads when I work out. I talked to my dr, and she said I can get the mesh lining surgery thing, but I don't really want too do that. One of my friends also suggested using a tampon when you exercise. Something about it makes your muscles down there tense up. I haven't tried that though.

Sugar from fruit is not the issue. If you are diabetic, it's a different story. All natural sugars found in fruit are ok for your body.

I agree, don't get tied to the scale. But you might not be eating enough. Look at your calories and protein intake.

I made an omelet with 1 egg, 1 egg white, 2 slices of precooked bacon, mushrooms, a little cheese and put it on a corn tortilla before I left this morning. What they said. Or you can use it to get your metabolism started first thing in the morning and eat breakfast a couple of hours later. I've been known to do that as well.

I think they are a waste of money. Meal replacements are just that. A replacement. Yes they work if you plan on never eating again. The second you eat and get off the shakes, you will gain your weight back. It's a proven fact. I do use protein shakes, but as a snack or before/after a workout.
