I like the Chobani straw/ban ...i open them half way...mix them up and freeze for later..... Skinny Cow has good ice cream too ;)

My list- -Wheat Thins low fat..... 16 cracker -Fiber One lite bars- 80 cal -Fiber One cereal- 1/2 cup is 60 calories per serving ....I put 1/2 of that in my yogurt. -Honey Nut Cheerios too but only the portion size. -Fat free Lac free milk -Rold gold pretzel sticks 53 .....are only 100 calories -4 oz fish I ask grocery…
