    If you're looking for other sources of protein, I like to use Hormel turkey pepperoni and Boca crumbles. I'm not a vegetarian, but I love these!

    I make little pepperoni pizzas with the following:

    Thomas' whole wheat pita
    Newman's Own marinara sauce
    lowfat shredded 4-cheese Italian blend
    Hormel turkey pepperoni
    olive oil

    And tacos with the following:

    corn tortillas
    Boca ground crumbles
    avocado
    salsa
    spinach

    Both are easy to make and are really tasty! (from the Flat Belly Diet)

    My list-
    -Wheat Thins low fat..... 16 cracker
    -Fiber One lite bars- 80 cal
    -Fiber One cereal- 1/2 cup is 60 calories per serving ....I put 1/2 of that in my yogurt.
    -Honey Nut Cheerios too but only the portion size.
    -Fat free Lac free milk
    -Rold gold pretzel sticks 53 .....are only 100 calories
    -4 oz fish I ask grocery store pre cut in the serving size!! my store will even steam for
    -Quaker weight control oatmeal
    -Thomas bagel thins 110 calories I like cinnamon raisin and the everything flavors
    -shrimp
    -apples....80 cal
    -asparagus
    -frozen vegetables
    -beans
    -carrot sticks
    -albacore tuna in water
    -lots of lettuce
    -plum tomatoes
    -eggo multigrain waffles (low fat) 70 cal each- two per serving 140 cal
    -eggs
