  • My trainer has been doing paleo for several months now and loves it. She says she has only lost about 5 lbs, but has lost fat around the middle and she says she feels much better and has more energy. Of course, she is active all day and eats A LOT, but follows it pretty carefully with an occasional splurge on chocolate.
  • I'm curious. What are you eating that contains so much protein ? I have a hard time getting in all the protein (90) at 1200 calories daily. I'd love to find some high-protein, low calorie foods.

  • You might try eating under your calorie target during the week so you have room for the extras on the weekend. I also try alternating when drinking, one sip of water, one sip of wine.

  • Losing 12 libs in 3 weeks is pretty amazing. Your body is probably just catching up or you could be at a plateau already. Make sure you eat your full daily allotment and exercise. It will kick back into gear again.
