I keep a stock of frozen bananas that I dip in dark chocolate (you can also dip in chocolate than dip in salted nuts...) I try to buy the little baby bananas.

I like to mix any light yogurt (Like Dannons Light and Fit Pineapple Coconut yogurt for 100 calories) with a scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein powder. Then I put the mixture in the freezer for a little bit. So it's like frozen protein yogurt, and it tastes awesome0

I drink regular hot chocolate and an Ihop stuffed french toast (cream cheese) from the freezer section. I've had that every night since i started losing weight about 90 days ago. I've lost 16lbs and loved every minute of it. I work out a lot to earn calories so that I don't ever feel deprived.0
