HELP! The Weekend Ruins Me!!!

So I seem to do really well during the week. I stay to my diet, watch what I eat and drink mostly water. The weekend comes, Im more hungry than usual, and when everyone around me drinks, I drink.
Anyone have any tips for getting thru the weekend without temptation? I really want to succeed in this.

    You might try eating under your calorie target during the week so you have room for the extras on the weekend. I also try alternating when drinking, one sip of water, one sip of wine.
