Sounds like a plan. Don't get too hung up on the clean eating stuff. You can eat dessert every day so long as it fits into your calories, and if it helps adherence.

Something not making sense here. I think it's the "goal weight" concept. Lift weights, improve your body composition and aesthetics. When you look your best you will weight what you weigh.

Get the kind made with peanuts and salt. Also, as a rule of thumb, PB is a fat, not a protein source. Yes, it has some protein, but it's mostly fat.
