Only in extreme circumstances where only spanking will teach them. For example, if they don't eat their exercise calories, or if they do cardio prior to strength training, or if they go on low carb diets, or juice cleanses.

There's a horrible flu-like phase that usually lasts for 4-7 days, and then the vomiting starts. It's usually about 24 hours of intense vomiting, and the worse part is that your body is actually vomiting muscle tissue, so the more muscle you have, the more intense it is. Just made 18 reps on my "first set last" today. Bench press 5's week. Was actually going for 20, but pretty satisfied with 18 :)
