Yep, Both. I'm on medication but every now and then I have a panic attack or don't feel like me. I try to do slow breathing, in through the nose, out through the mouth until it passes. Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, depressive states and suicidal thoughts suck :grumble:

I'm nervous as hell eating at 1650 calories (my bmr) and planning to EAT BACK exercise calories to stay at 1650 a day. but it seems like less torture than the last few times i've dieted. and I am pretty stoked I can eat a massive tuna salad and not feel hungry after it! What was your average weekly inches lost or over what period did it take you to drop a dress size? I know everybody is different. Just seeing what everyone else experienced! I think i'd get pretty significant results as long as I stick with it and eat a good wholesome diet. Especially because I have a proven track record…

In 2005 til 2006 I lost 15kg and dropped 4 dress sizes. I lost of a lot of inches and bodyfat. sadly the boobs went from 36E to 32E and I had a breast reduction. My bestfriend died in a car crash in March this year. I learned a lot from that. I learned that you really should not ever leave telling someone anything til the last minute. I did get to see him in his coffin and we were alone, but I couldn't tell him the words, it didn't feel like he was there, his body was empty.
