Hello everyone! I was just wondering what exercise sI could do to maximise my workouts without hurting my knees. I love Jillian Michaels 30DS and that doesnt hurt at all. should i stick with exercises that are similar? and weights/strength training, I love that also, but will i benefit from this instead of cardio? Body dismorphic disorder
I get a shock when I see a recent photo of myself. I always 'feel' like i am 'fitter' than i look in a photograph. I go into clothing shops thinking i'm a size smaller than i actually am, and the it hits me, i am not relating to my real body. This is what helped me become blind, this and my emotional eating.
