1.5hrs til lunch- Chicken salad sandwich?!

There are so many options of calories in MFP database for a chicken and salad sandwich. I'm wondering if it's a bad idea because i can't really know how many actual calories are in it?!

    The one time I had to log one from a restaurant, I eyeballed it, guesstimated, and logged each ingredient separately. Then I moved on. :)
