Hellooo!!
On a mission to lose body fat! I've been all kinds of sizes and all kinds of measurements and my favourite feel is by far a strong size 10 with little body fat. That being said I don't like the scales much and prefer my measurements and tracking them on a spreadsheet.
So my goal is 16 weeks from today.
I am hoping to lose as much body fat as healthily and maintainable as possible in that time.
My question is. is it possible to drop a dress size or 2?! from doing nrolfw i'd like to lose inches. I don't care if the scale says 50, 90 or 200 kg. I want to shed body fat, keep my stomach full of good nutritious food and be energetic!
Some stats:
I'm 95kg
5'6"
24 years old
I'm on 1440 - 1900 cal diet
Body fat % is approx 43%
What do you think?

yep it's possible.. i'm doing it so far i've lost a bit over 1 size. i think in another 5-10 pound it'll be 2 sizes.
this is the second time i'm doing nrol. the first time i wasnt trying to lose weight so i ate at maintenance i also ended up losing a clothing size by the end. you might have better results though since i;ve been lifting for years and my body is used to it0 -
What was your average weekly inches lost or over what period did it take you to drop a dress size?
I know everybody is different. Just seeing what everyone else experienced!
I think i'd get pretty significant results as long as I stick with it and eat a good wholesome diet.
Especially because I have a proven track record of responding well to weight training and watching my intake.
Plus my mum and 2 sisters and myself have the same high muscle mass. We're not petite at all haha but that means once we put on body fat we look big and fast!0
