Hello!
I'm eating at my BMR which is 1650
Just wondering starting out is 30minutes x 3 days a week enough for strength training for a newb?
on the other 3 days I plan on doing intervals (newb runner too, not used to running. had a breast reduction) for 30 minuttes then 45, 60 minutes
Some stats:
I'm 95kg
5'6"
24 years old
I'm on 1440 - 1900 cal diet
Body fat % is approx 43%
What do you think?
P.s My food diary is public! Feedback wanted!

I believe just starting out, three days to begin with is great. It will help you get into a 'routine', if you will. Im finding my strength training to be VERY enjoyable and Im doing Monday through Friday. Definitely considering going seven days per week where I exercise at 4:45am right now. That leaves me plenty of time during the day to recouperate.0
