My first NSVs!!!

I have been doing MFP for over 45 days. I have lost 22lbs (maybe more...tomorrow is weigh in!) and I am finally noticing some NSVs!

1) Hubby told me the other day that my bum has gotten smaller and firmer :bigsmile:
2) While shaving my legs I noticed muscle definition!!! Haven't had muscled definition in my legs since college!
3) My arm flab thingie (you know...that thing that keeps waving when you are done? Ewww) is getting smaller and my arms are getting defined too!
4) I was able to wear a really nice dress shirt to church on Sunday that I haven't been able to wear since before 2006. Lots of people told me how great I looked.

    Sorry to be a newb. But what does NSV mean?

    NSV means Non Scale Victory, they are what keeps many of us going when the going gets rough.

    Great work! I'm enjoying being a bit more toned and a bit less arm flubber too. And a few smaller clothes creeping in there... :smile:

    Thanks everyone! I wasn't sure I would ever see any NSVs (pity party for one) and am so excited that I am now and so are others!

    I know right? I feel like if I wave hard enough the flaps will extend and I will catch some air! :laugh:
