For me it was the weight that was interfering with my sleep. Got to where I was falling asleep and work, grouchy and fuzzy brained. Since I lost the weight I sleep a whole lot better and all of this has cleared up.

I wouldn't worry too much about it personally. I could hardly ever eat back all my exercise calories. I'm on maintenance now and I'm supposed to eat 800 more calories tonight. Guess I'll break out my girl scout cookies.

I was inspired by three people, two friends who lost over 100 lbs each and in particular my wife. After she had lost 50 lbs over 6 months I finally got on the bandwagon with her. I had been walking with her before but not doing any serious dieting. Between the two of us we have lost a whole person.

MFP will calculate the calories burned for you in the exercise tab. Not real accurate but better than nothing. I use Endomondo.com to track most of my exercise than I plug it into MFP.

Just keep right on trucking with your current profile. Although I haven't done it since joining MFP, I have had lots of rebounds over the years. Most of us have.

I haven't been diagnosed with sleep apnea but my snoring is almost completely gone, my mind is 100% clearer during the day and I'm not as grouchy as I used to be.

I'm 53 and have lost over 50 lbs in the last 6 months. Just don't push the exercise too hard and fast. I'm suffering from over stress to the left leg from pushing my running too fast. Any kind of jarring exercise aggravated it so I've been riding bikes and weights for the ARM and chest.

My wife and I are at different levels. When I work out with her it tends to hold me back. Weights aren't too bad but when we bike ride together I have to constantly circle back to her. Gives me a little extra riding distance but is irritating, especially if we get separated by a light or traffic.

Most of what I have read is the secret to having abs is mainly to get rid of the layer of body fat covering them so you can see them. I'll let you know in another month or two if that is true.
