Hi Nicole, the program estimates about a 400 calorie burn per workout. I actually enter in pilates and yoga for those days, as I know that is not a 400 calorie burn day. I hope that helps!

you do need to eat to lose weight, and its not all about cutting calories in your food intake. look at what your calorie intake is now. you should be cutting 500 calories a day in order to lose one pound per week (total of 3500 calories a week). try egg whites. they are great protein and much less cholesterol than a whole egg. even if you use 1 whole egg and a couple egg whites. they are lower calories. I actually buy the carton of egg whites and make a version of huevos rancheros with them in the morning for breakfast.

Mrs. Dash is a no salt spice here in the US. We find it here in the spice section. I've never been to the UK, so I don't know if you have it, but that's where you'd find it
