anyone know the amount of calories you'll burn doing 21 day fix 30 min workout? Trying to enter it into the exercise section and I have no idea how many calories were burned. Thanks!

Hi Nicole, the program estimates about a 400 calorie burn per workout. I actually enter in pilates and yoga for those days, as I know that is not a 400 calorie burn day. I hope that helps!0

MFP uses general categories, not named brand DVDs. The calorie burns provided are just rough estimates anyway.
Is the 30 minute workout all cardio....your MFP choices are high or low impact.
Is the 30 minute workout a combination of cardio and strength training......use circuit training.
MFP also has choices for strength training, pilates and yoga.0 -
This question comes up in the MFP 21 Day Fixers group all of the time! You might want to check out the group: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/103806-21-day-fixers
But to answer your question, the best way to calculate calories burned is to use a heart rate monitor. If you don't have one, I've seen this website mentioned many times here on MFP: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc0
