Just cuttinging out bread and breaded foods will help, Also you know that milk also has quite high carbs so you could replace that with almond milk which has less carbs.

Butter every single time. Margarine is just fake veg oils and a ton ofther chemicals. butter is just natural fats, and there is nothing wrong with saturated fats at all

I am about 98% honest, I weight my food to count calories properly but if I use up all the cream cheese and a little bit is left in the tub, I will use my finger and eat it with out counting.

I wouldnt even class that as a binge, dont worry at all, thats like just eating 2 extra bananas in the day.

1. ignore the 1200 as the lowest everyone can eat, its just not true. you have to listen to your body and eat when you are actually hungry, not overeating tho. 2. your bmr is just how much calories you would need if you were asleep 24 hours a day. you need to multiply that by your activity factor [1.2 for sedentary, 1.35…
