in all honesty im not sure how accurate any hrm is after all its guessing how many cals etc i may just log the game cals atleast then i know im on a good losing streak :-)

the watch has a calibration for movement as it a pedometer also

the watch was set to my height and weight i only donned the chest strap just before start so there is a minute or so delay between the game and the watch, i had it on hrm with calories burnt going and also timer

yeah i thought as much now i now why ive been losing weight quite easily ive been burning more cals logging a lower amount and not always eating back the right amount burnt if that makes and ounce of sense lol :-)

hello i get pain in the top of my foot that i notice after and it hasnt gone, i saw some improvement in the pain wearing sports socks with incorporated arch supports they really help, im not sure about the shin pain though mabye try a ankle support ?

well i ate light today donned some spanx and a neoprene back support and i managed to do quite a bit of jogging yes it was tough but i didnt feel sick im proud i didnt give up

we have a heart rate monitor and i went out tonight walked very briskly for 13 minutes then jogged back in 12min total 25 mins i eput it all as walking rather than jogging it said i burnt 185 cals heart rate monitor said 87 cals how could that be right

im not sure where you are but in the uk you can get a low salt stock called bouillion its really good its vegan and super tasty. if you arent from the uk try to make your own stock and emit the salt add pepper garlic onions mixed herbs etc.
