Hi thankyou for reply your so right i do feel tired alot i have an under active thyroid too from pregnancy so get fatigued easy. i need too find the energy from somewhere as weight is piling on and i too have lots of lovely clothes that dont fit. lets hope this time it sticks . xx

i love banana have atleast one a day but i have alot too lose so i can live with it for now im sure fruit and veggies is better than chocolate cake crisps and all other junk i was consuming

i think avoiding red meats high fat foods and alcohol are the main ones. i had fatty liver not sure i do now as recent blood test said all was normal. ive read milk thistle is good for detoxifying the liver but i would advise talking to doc before taking supps. i think mainly its best to follow a low fat diet avoid greasy…

i like oat smoothies 30 or 50 grams of oats 1 banana some honey some other fruits if you like them and blend really is super nice i like banana and date that is my fav i dont add honey to that one, i some times add nuts to the mix too depends what i fancy. oops forget to say add milk or water to the mix before blending

im vegetarian but it could have been cheese and possible eggs, i hardly eat either now especially eggs but i do still have some cheese but half fat :-)

I havent declined any thing though ive been so rubbish ive eaten non stop today busted up my calories probaley ate tomorrows as well errh its so hard i knew it was gonna be hard but god this is crazy :-(

hello this is my issue right now i gained 5lb over the last feww weeks as i gave up counting and now im regretting it ive exercised so im assuming it would have been more if i coach potatoed it but i think ill have one little pizza and garlic bread new years eve then im back to the grind stone 1/1/12

for me its toast and pb im crazy for it at the moment im mega carb craver i think i may quit the calorie counting for december and start again in jan when all the good food over christmas is gone, ill still exercise every day to keep gain to min but i cant do it im weak #lol

hello having green smoothies im sure would do the same thing it cleasnes the body but you can eaty normal as well i wouldnt eat just cabbage soup all day

hello today i had oat and prune smoothie 50gs of porridge oats 200ml of milk dairy or non and 35gs of prunes was a new one for me to try i loved it, i normally use oat and banana and add what ever i fancy yesterday was raspberry and blueberries plus some active honey that was lovely tomorrow im gonna have a crack at green…

hello i drink oolong and puer in the day but it has caffiene so i brought some green tea decaff and while i didnt like the taste thats what i drank last night i still have a sweet by way of a low fat yogurt or a milk lollie

hello ive tried this and while its nice it wasnt so successful for me however i recently brought a pack that was premade and it was super its by merchant gourmet and is red and white quinoa. if you can buy it ready made i suggest boiling it up with some stock and using it like rice or pasta in dishes

hello i suffer from ibs so im told and for me the symptoms have increased since losing weight and i thought it was down to the junk i used to eat strange though i thought being more healthy would help ease it :-( so today im starting to use activia yogurts to see if this help ill try anything
