Cholesterol in normal range

hello all in july this year my cholesterol was7.5 which is very high for a 29 year old my doctor told me i had to change before my next blood test. i had that blood test tuesday had my result and my reading is now 4.8 normal range yah i was so scared about it my eating has been off track so far this week, am i the only one that gives in too food when they are scared of whats to come. any way more than this i ate loads of junk over christmas but i exercised too so i think its all down to that exercise not only makes you feel good its can help with making you healthy not just trim body healthy either. right i must get back too it now once tomorrow comes im really really trying hard.

Congrats on the improved blood test!! Keep it up! Exercise can totally help lower cholesterol. And junk food isn't always the culprit for cholesterol but rather meats and eggs and other animal products0

im vegetarian but it could have been cheese and possible eggs, i hardly eat either now especially eggs but i do still have some cheese but half fat :-)0
