hello starting again need mummy friends

hello im starting out again today and need some inspiring mummy friends woman going through the trials and errors of weightloss while caring for children. so far im struggling too do both as i go for quick convenient food anyways ive gained four stone since having my baby oct 2012. i really want another child so want to lose weight for a healthy pregnancy.

Hi Nettleboo.
I had a baby in 2012 (april) and i really want to get my pre pregnancy shape back. I have so many clothes that do not fit! I guess its hard to do exercise when you are exhausted after running after a toddler. I have decided to focus more on my food intake, do some exercise (pushing buggy in field is great) and try to keep calories low. My friend did it this way. 1500 a day.
I could do with some company - motivation - I always stick to the diet more when I know people are there monitoring my intake too!

Hi thankyou for reply your so right i do feel tired alot i have an under active thyroid too from pregnancy so get fatigued easy. i need too find the energy from somewhere as weight is piling on and i too have lots of lovely clothes that dont fit. lets hope this time it sticks . xx0

if u r tired then try not to push yourself too much with exercise. Just aim for a walk every day with baby. Just to burn say 150 calories... not tons, you may find that sustainable. Dont have massive aims for exercise. Reduce the carbs (pasta) and load up on meat/ veg that will drop your calories too. good luck0
