Oh i feel you really im struggling at the moment i like food and i too dont want to be a twig but we gotta try to stay what i suggest is get to the weight you wanna maintain at then see how you feel if you want to lose more go for it.

im veggie that eats free range eggs and cheese i love it and would never go back to meat even my meat eater partner loves my veggie food add me if you like

all my naughties are low fat low cal but when you eat a few oops not so good :-( one of those days actually been eating badly on and off since saturday

ive done all my calories and gone over and its not even 3pm this is no good

weigh them before cooking hun thats the way i now do it.

i would always go for the higher weight to work out cals i.e weight in shells because then you have allowed for extra cals etc if that makes sense

i dont like skinny jeans either i like really flared jeans or boot cut personally id look silly in skinny jeans

i had a salad sandwich with one whole avocado pear blimey over 16 grams of fat and yes it may be good foods but blooming hell

i cannot eat before working out i would throw up i work out in the morning before breakfast then i normally have some sort of smoothie after works for me

hello just wanted to add something i dont think chicken stock is vegetarian atleast it isnt here in uk. im veggie and i only ever use veggie friendly stock most of the time its vegan friendly bouillion

hello i too struggle with binge eating and when i snap i snap and i keep eating to the point i feel ill. i have no stop when ive broken my cal counting and then the days after when i feel guilty i still want to binge because i feel bad bored with cal counting etc. its such a struggle im not sure id be much help with…

hello i do cardio stuff everyday no probs but musle type work outs you should probs do no more than 4 a week with three rest days.

thank you for replies i was planning on leaving out my exercise cals today and not eating them back which i normally do to try and balance it out. sometimes calorie counting gets all too much for me and i snap and break it happens once or twice a month on the run up to totm

hello i think there are both much the same both can be calorific i would say try wholemeal or wholegrain alternatives where possible or you could try cous cous or quinoa or pearl barley just a few ideas

i have this really some of my size 20 clothes still fit while my new size 18 jeans are getting big lol im not sure where the weight is dropping off from but ive lost 32lbs since july

Hello im 5'7 and 201lbs at the mo and i fit into size 18's at the moment but my new 18 jeans are getting quite big so i do think i will be a 16 soon ish, annoying i have broad shoulder and small bust but big blooming hips then small ish thighs so different clothes look and hang differently in different sizes.

i log everything some times i dont add chewing gum unless i eat more than two they are like 2 cals each.

hello try chocolate covered katie she is vegan so has lots of cool egg and dairy free recipes, you could use ground almonds for the flour to make a cake

id like to know this two my thighs are like chubby baby thighs cute when your in nappies not so cute when your in a tankini lol
