hello thanks for replies with regards to your questiontaverstock toad all the foods i found on the database were american so i assumed it was based around american foods not ones found here in uk but ive since learned from rich that you can scan the food with your smart phone so i will be trying that next.

i suppose if we added the food to the database we could add that but ive got my head around calorie counting not sure i can start adding to that salt sodium sugar fibre where does it stop mineral counting??

hello i have smaller brekkie and lunch and a slightly higher cals dinner i tend to get hungry before bed if my main meal isnt a bigger size im mananging to lose weight really well so i suppose it depends what works for you.

fruit i love it bananas apples pears anything you like they low in fat but do count the calories it may be fruit but it still has calorific value. apple are good as they have fibre in them

hello id like to know this but i think it will be difficult to find due to pastry eggs cheese cream etc, however you could make small ramekins of quiche like buffet size numbers but you could make it lower cals by added have fat cheese skimmed milk instead of cream low fat spread instead of butter lots of different veggie.…

mmm well i think we dont know half the cals and fat thats in take out, i think it could be between pizza or kfc deep frying anything is never good, but i think you'd be surprised at how fattening mexican food is tortilla even wholemeal ones are quite high in fat and cals for the small little thing you get plus mexican food…

hello i use a wii game to work out which give's me the cals i burnt at the end so what i did was added my own exercise and i just alter the time and cals burnt every day basically what ever numbers the screen says at the end i add those on here so maybe rather than use the mfp add your own and enter the data the bike says?

hello thank you i have tried pitta pizza before but my fav was wholemeal tortilla pizzas for a quick pizza i brought mini ones used two with sauce inbetween it was nice but im looking at a from scratch one to make.

Pure Psyllium Husks are great nothing added so all good worth a try i used these and they help i no longer take this but i do take a 20 million probiotic everyday and never have an issue

hello i would say fruit is going to be your best bet but if you dont eat much you could try healthspan a uk company. they do fibre in a powdered form you add it to water and it helps, also you could consider a probiotic or prebiotic help keep you gut happy try a tablet or capsule the yogurty drinks dont tend to survive…

leeks are awesome they are like a delicate onion flavour i added 3 large ones to my recipe but i like leeks lol i thought 2 would be plenty.
