2lb at the moment tried shifted to a lower calorie count to keep me in line LOL
  • At first I was losing on average 1 1/3 pounds per week. Eight months later it slowed down a lot. Then it seemed more sporadic- which I think is normal. If you are hungry, try adding some more protein to your diet. It does takes some time for your body to adjust to lower calories. Best of luck to you!

It took me 12 weekds to lose 14lbs in between I have reached plateaus for 1 week or so, altered proteins.carbs,,then this week I have lost 3lbs, not changed anything, just kept with the MFP. So everyone is a little different, just keep on keeping on and it will work out well x

I started at 1.5, but then went to 1 lb. Now I am set around .8 pounds per week because they said I should do 1200 for 1lb per week and I was starving, so I manually upped it to 1300 and I'm much happier there. It's a mental thing, I'm sure, but it works for me!!!

My weight loss has of course been slow these last few months, but I'm down to 5 pounds to go. Those first 40 or so came off pretty quickly! Honestly, if I just can't seem to lose any more it's ok. I'm so happy to finally be fit and I've been called "tiny"!!!!!

I initially had it set for 1 lb a week. Now, it tells me 1200 calories, no matter where I set it. I am averaging about 3 lbs a month. Not brilliant, but the correct trajectory, so I'm focusing on patience-with the idea that that will help my ultimate goal of sustainability.
