You might checkout the below website. It let's you put in what your goals are for calories/fat/protein/carbs (macros) and then it creates a food plan for you. It lets you modify, if you don't like an item. It even creates a shopping list for you. www.eatthismuch.com

Thanks for the tip! I did find this awesome website- www.eatthismuch.com! Totally free and let's you put in your own specifications on calories/carbs/fat/protein. Just what I was looking for! Even makes you a shopping list.
