Yo, sorry I'm late in - it's been a mad week but I finally got myself a job, whoop!!! I have been keeping track though!
So, week 13 for me. Using my HRM for calorie measurement, with a goal of 4, 200 calories - same as last week
Weekly Goal: 3, 500
Mon: 637 (TurboFire)
Tues: 418 (TF + jog)
Wed: rest day
Thur: 720 (rope jumping, jog, TF and weights)
Fri: 529 (TF)
Sat: 800 (jog, TF + weights)
Sun:
Total: 3104
Left to go: 396
And for the extra challenge, I know it's sad but.....Busted always make it easier to jog - airhostess springs to mind (don't judge me ) (just following their bass line) otherwise I find Disturbed are pretty good
Edit: I'm dropping my goal to 3, 500 for this week.0 -

Wed: 601 calories burned (back at the gym: eliptical, hiking on treadmill, walking, 30DS)
Thur: 325 calories burned (30DS, brisk walk)
Fri: 270 calories burned (30DS, brisk walk)
Sat: 854 calories burned (30DS, running, hiking, walking, eliptical)
Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)
Total: 3,352
Left to go: 648 (guess that means no sunday rest day!!)

wow this is a great idea. I have recently started Zumba classes and thought there is no way i'm burning 600-700 calories in 1 hour. but after looking at many websites I see it is possible. Count me In I need the motivation.0
