    Tues: 272 calories burned (Body revolution workout)
    Wed: 658 calories burned (Body revolution cardio x2, 80 minute walk at 3 miles/hour)
    Thur: 836 calories burned (Body revolution workout x2, 80 minute walk at 3 miles/hour)
    Fri: 713 calories burned (Body revolution workout, 2x 40 minute walk at 3 miles/hour, line dancing)
