I anyone eating differently this week in order to burn this many calories? Calories eating back? I normally at 1400 calories a day and don't know if I can eat more than that?
I've always eaten my exercise calories back so nothing new. If you struggle to eat that many, get richer foods in your diet (avocado and any nut butter are good choices as well as olive oil). You can always set your personal goal lower as well.0 -
