There's no shame in repeating a week! During the first few weeks if you're moving any faster than a gentle trot in your intervals, slow down. Slow and steady really does win the race in C25K... I've done the programme twice, once on a treadmill and once outside.

My brain hurts. Yes, you lose weight by creating a calorie deficit. That's it. For your activity level you don't seem to be eating much. I lost 70lbs over two years. I do not even track sugar, just my overall carbohydrate macro.

You haven't ruined anything. One salad won't make you skinny, one bad meal won't make you fat. Go for a walk, get back on the horse. Don't worry about it.

Insanity is primarily cardio, if you don't need to lose weight (you don't, according to your current weight) Insanity isn't likely to give you results that you want. Make sure you're getting enough protein and start a resistance routine. I did P90X and am doing P90X3 now, which is structured in a way that you have three…

Can't believe I forgot this one. I was going to go to bed but instead I think I shall stay up all night watching cartoons...

Those, even just for their kick-*kitten* theme songs.

The Raccoons, My Little Pony, Jem and The Holograms, Gummi Bears, MoonDreamers, Thundercats, BraveStar, Bucky O'Hare, Dungeons & Dragons. It was awesome being a kid in the 80's/early 90's because, although cartoons were basically made to sell toys, the toys and the cartoons were GREAT. When I was a little older, the X-Men…

It's nearly 1am here and I just finished eating for the day. It's never hurt me.

I do not overeat during my period, but I occasionally have severe bouts of uncontrollable depression and suicidal thoughts that I can't control... It is not a large leap for me to make to identify with women who demonstrate "out of control" behaviour during their menstrual cycle, be it eating or otherwise. You're fantastic…

I'm in simply because I'm freaking mad that "healthful" and it's charming adverbial form "healthfully" now seem to be words. There is a word for that already. "Healthy" or "Healthily". I'm in for mobs.

I believe in the one drop rule. I am at least part awesome, I will only date someone who is also awesome.

I live in a country where treatment for these issues is not common. ETA: I'm not trying to make this thread about me, but when you make a broad sweeping statement about how we blame "all unwanted behaviour on hormones" I believe you need to check yourself. I'm very pleased for you for never having had a problem with your…

Don't worry, OP, breathing timing isn't important, you can breathe all the way up until bedtime. I'm in bed having my last delicious breathe right now!

Like a ****ing boss.

Awesome, I'll remember it's all in my head and just an excuse when I'm sobbing uncontrollably and wishing I were dead during the one day of the month I lose control of my PMS and lay in bed all day. It's all just an excuse!! I can own this! All these hormones surging around my body are just my imagination and I can…

I advise you stop breathing butter. (<3)

I think referring to them as "girl" push-ups is dumb. Call them what they are, "modified" push-ups. If a boy can't do regular push-ups and has to do "girl" push-ups, he might be embarrassed and make negative associations with exercise... If he has to do "modified" push-ups, it's no big deal. And assuming girls can't do…

I tend to eat at maintenance around my period because I am hungry. I eat more protein and exercise (exercise helps me with the cramps and mood swings) and don't worry about it. It sounds like you haven't eaten very much today, maybe that's why you're hungry? Let us see your diary? How tall are you? How much do you weigh?…

OP, please don't listen to this.

I managed about four weeks on Slimfast (when I was 240lbs) before I wanted to kill myself. I quit, got MFP, ate what I wanted within my calorie goal and dropped 70lbs. Stop giving stupid diet product manufacturers your money when you can do this for free and be happier.

How tall are you? What do you weigh? A US10 is nowhere near big. No doctor would ever advocate 500 calories to someone who is a normal size/weight.

Try tinypic instead of photobucket? I WANT PICS!

Don't worry about it. Drink a load of water over the next couple of days to try and wash out the sodium and stick to your goals for the rest of the week. I kill a whole pizza once a month or so and it doesn't do to feel guilty about it. Edited to add: I agree with a previous poster who said use those awesome carbs for…

I did about a month of DDP yoga and I loved it, it's fun, reasonably varied and DDP is a great motivational instructor. I didn't lose a lot of weight (maybe a couple of lbs) but I did see a difference in my posture, measurements and generally felt a hell of a lot better.

Wonderful!

I didn't lose any weight with it, but the strength exercises are good. Your weight-loss is mostly to do with your calorie deficit, Slim In Six isn't a very intense workout, it's good for getting some basic strength moves down and working on your balance and core. Just make sure your food is on point and you'll lose weight.
