Pork makes me break out and can send me into anaphylactic shock. So turkey bacon keeps my breakfast a little similar to my family's without the unfortunate side affects.

Well I'm not sure if this is heavy for you, but here are my recent lifts: Back Squat 235# Deadlift 233# Push Press 88# Power Clean and Jerk 113# ...could go for more on this one I also follow the Primal Diet loosely. I'm also a CrossFitter.

I love what the Paleo Diet is teaching me and what it isn't. I appreciate that my sugar cravings have subsided substantially and that I am eating more whole foods. However, I miss ice cream and cheese so I may adopt a more Primal style diet.

I prefer to workout in thongs only. I dont have to worry about anything shifting.

I try to have a large breakfast (450-500), medium lunch (350-400) and a small-ish dinner (300-400). It all depends on how many calories I burn. I have 3 snacks a day and each can range from 50-250 cals each. I lose consistently. I hope this helps.

I exercise 5 to 6 days a week. On three of those days I run and CrossFit. I have so many calories left over from these days I add half of my leftover calories to my rest days because after months of eating a healthier diet I don't crave the calorie laden stuff to make up for those extra calories.
