Before giving away clothes, I always keep one size up and one size down to account for fluctuation. If the one size up start getting tighter I know I need to step up in my workouts.

I have monthly weight and workout rewards. My July workout reward for burning a certain amount of calories is an iShuffle....which I need desperately and my weight loss reward is a new dress. I try to choose rewards that will keep me encouraged.

Try mixing one On The Go Crystal Light packets (I prefer Pink Lemonade) into a container of plain Greek yogurt. Its a tart and tangy treat.

I had a Body Metrix test done.... it works like an ultrsound so Im pretty sure its accurate.
