I posted the other day about my plateau from February and a poster gave me great advice. If your clothes are fitting better,you went down a size and you see a difference,ignore the scale.Easier said than done but I am trying to listen to that wisdom.:smile:

I always make sure my blood sugar level is level. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks per day. This has helped me on my journey. I get hungry but it's usually close to snack time or meal time.

Mine was elevated and I lost weight,I exercise and take fish oil and non-flush niacin daily.It went down dramatically with no meds. But how high is yours for the immediate time while you do these things?

Orange juice and balsamic vinegar.I use cranberry balsamic. I guess you can add some olive oil too and spice it up if you want with pepper etc.
