So I am just seeing this thread now...I would like to join up.... I'm a newbie so I'm going to aim for 25k - this will allow me to get up and out to start running again (going to try and complete the C25K program so I will be slower with reaching my kms this month)

My plan is to start eating paleo but everyone I know that does it, really only crave fruits and veggies now. Their bodies reject the grains and carbs now.

I'm still in school so it's a university exam - advanced math econ. Not a very fun course. I totally understand the watching what you eat and getting time to exercise. I'm hoping to start up again on the weekend with taking care of my body again.

Hey, You sound just about as busy as I am. I've been good. I've been trying to work on my eating habits which has been difficult to get back in the habit of doing. I think any exercise is good exercise. I've been doing quite a bit of sports lately so I think I have that down pat.
