I've done Isagenix in the past but now I'm doing Shakeology as a replacement for lunch. I'm on my second month and love it!

I love cross fit! Hubby's been doing it for years, and now that we're in a break from having babies I'm doing it too. It's done WONDERS for me. In the past month-6 weeks? I'm down 10#'s and 15"! My hard work has totally paid off.

The saddlebags? Google workouts to bust them and see what pops up! Seems like recently I read in a magazine 8 or so workouts to help that, maybe it was women's fitness or fitness?

I do it! I had to buy a Polar b/c I'm so anal I NEEEEDED to know how many calories I was burning. BUT, I just read that it's not made for strength training, but only cardio :/ So now I don't know how accurate my calorie burn is. Having the HRM, I would just do a custom slot for cardio training based off how many minutes I…

I noticed this too, that when I walk and do cross fit it combines them for what others see. In my diary it still shows them separated.

I love my Polar FT7. It has a chest strap for more accuracy.

This is what I wear. Before I got my chucks, I just did it barefoot and it made me REALLY conscious about keeping on my heels and not on my toes. It's a lot harder than it seems, for me anyways. I can see you starting to travel forward, keep your chest up and out. Also, one big thing for me is breathing. I have to take a…

I'm not sure my Polar is right for me :/ I do a lot of strength training doing Crossfit...we do cardio, maybe 25-50% of the time. I was just reading that the Polar is only accurate for cardio workouts and not strength training.

I've taken it before, back in Jan of 08 til August-ish of 08. I lost about 55#'s. Annnnd then I got pregnant and retained massive amounts of water weight. I lost about 30#'s of the 55 and had another baby! Now I'm working off all the baby weight the old fashioned way, lots of hard work and making a life change-don't call…

Mine is 1,561 calories/day...

This netting thing...should I be eating more calories based on calories burned? For example, I burn about 800 calories a day. I eat 1200 (roughly). That leaves me with only 400 calories consumed. Is that okay, or should I be eating 2000 calories to net 1200 calories?

I have a polar. It has a chest strap that measures your HR and shows it on the watch. I bought it b/c I do cross fit and wanted an accurate assessment of how many calories I'm burning.

I also make sure and take measurements every couple of weeks. I'm doing cross fit and a reduced calorie diet, so my weight loss is slow in my mind. I drive myself crazy weighing everyday, but if/when I measure, I feel more accomplished! Since June 4th, I've lost only 4# or so, but have lost 12.5"!

Great job!!
