Has anyone found the magical tip that helps get rid of the fat that just stays at the top of your thighs and pisses you off? I still have a few pounds more to lose before I hit my goal weight and maybe that will take care of it but if it doesn't, can someone tell me something I can do to fix it? Please! I'm up for anything

Thank you <3

No tips but I have noticed it's the last bit to go for me (a 40 year old bloke) ... Weird how the human body hangs onto fat innit?

I will say that, from years of experience, trying to 'target' an area with exercise is nigh on pointless ;)

The saddlebags? Google workouts to bust them and see what pops up! Seems like recently I read in a magazine 8 or so workouts to help that, maybe it was women's fitness or fitness?

You cannot spot reduce. Workouts targeted to that area of muscles, I guess hip upductors or where the insertion points of the quadriceps are is where you are getting at? Not sure where you are talking about..anyway. Workouts targeting that area will not get rid of that fat there but in general if you are not weight lifting yet, you should get started yesterday.

As you read this I know your first thought is, "Did this fat brown kid just tell me to weight lift? ugh I don't want muscles". First thing's first; women cannot build muscle anywhere near as fast as most people believe. NOBODY can build muscle as fast as most people believe unless they are doing an awesome, awesome amount of drugs. Weight training, and I mean heavy weight training is an integral part of getting fit and being overall healthy. People are hardwired to admire an athletic form and most women I know that weight lift look more feminine than their counterparts doing tricep kickbacks with 5lb dumbells after yoga.

My best advice is to read this, and start doing squats and deadlifts: http://4chanfit.wikia.com/wiki/Harsh's_Worksheet_(WIP)

I'm waiting for the guy who intended the Dyson vacuum to make an attachment that can just suck it off my thighs.
