I am for moving them too! At some point during my walk, I've had to look at food like this and realize... This food will kill me. KILL ME. What's in it will kill me. I don't like that. I want to eat foods that help me live, WELL! Hope that helps.

Week to week frustrations can be hard to come to grips with. KEEP GOING! After you reach your 30+ lbs of weight loss, you'll not even remember or CARE about week two. It's not fast, and it's GOOD that way. Work for next week, eat well, exercise! You're doing great!

I lose weight faster when I'm not drinking soda pops. My work outs are better and harder when I'm not drinking soda pops. There is so much that is innately bad for you in a soda, water is GOOD. Having said this, I drink about one (8 oz) a week... with something salty.

It made me cry just reading it! My daddy used to say he was proud of me. He had a hard time communicating and also never showed emotion. He died one year ago this month. It sounds like it was a great day. I know you will cherish those days, my red headed friend... Hope you have many more. Congrats!

Yes, you DO want to eat your exercise calories. You want to do this to KEEP your body from going into starvation mode. For example: If you are on a 1200 calorie diet and eat only 600 calories ( I am sure we can all agree that), your body will go into starvation mode.
