Hey, I have done this so any times in the fast. Get home after work and put your tennis shoes on and go for a run you will be amazed at how many calories you will earn. Then give yourself a hot shower and a good meal after. If you have kids take them on their bikes!

I had a healthy steamers meal, a sugar free jello chocolate mousse, half an apple and 20 M&M's!! All for 415 only cals!!

I'm with you! Mine is the following: Pee Undress weigh x3 if any of the weigh measurements change then I have to weigh another 3 times! Also have to weigh in the evening to second guess what the next day's weigh in will look like!
