  • It may work and you may continue to lose weight but that does NOT mean you will be healthy if that is what you are going for...
  • My problem is dinner time. I eat good all day and then dinner time gets here and I decide I don't want to cook and I'm starving so I end up eating out! I guess I need to drink more water and eat a good snack in the afternoon so that doesn't happen!

  • I just found one made with oil and vinegar that is SOOOO yummy and not bitter at all. It is Kraft and it is basil parmesan vinaigrette. You should definitely try it!
  • Mine are high as well. To lower them obviously lose weight (if you need to) and exercise. On top of that cut out as much of the whites as you can (flour, salt, and sugar). Only eat wheat... so that means no pasta, bread, etc. It should help lower them!
