Oh sorry! I copy and paste it from the Yahoo website, it was a video of a guy who lost a lot of weight, his story... his Dr. asked him what he wanted in his obituary, that's what made this guy lose weight :)

Outside or inside, the chemicals from nail polish seep through your child's nails into her/his blood stream... many of these chemicals cause cancer. Kinda nuts

You can also use the gatorade bottles to pee into (wide opening), it's funny, many runners get a nervous bladder while waiting in the huge crowds in front of the start line and the toilets always have crazy long lines in front of them. I've seen Kenyan runners do this too :)

I do stairs, 24 flights, 3-5 times in a row, 3-5 times per week. It's more challenging than a gym stair machine at level 12 :) Stair walking is cardio and strength training all in one

You need to do strength training, 3-5 times per week, try using two 5 lb dumbbells to work on your upper body, you can google some basic upper body exercises.
