Hi everyone, this is my second MFP journey, I have previously lost 60 LB (took me about 3 months on 1200 calorie diet, stairs and strength training) with the help of the MFP iPhone app.
I'm now on a new journey, my plan is to just lose 30 LB! This time I'm also doing stairs and strength training because I know how well this combo works, but I also plan to regularly sign up for 5K and 10K races and making running a part of my life, this way I will always have a fitness goal to work towards.
I'm 35, 156 LB and I'm just under 5'8".
Looking forward to getting to know everyone, reading these forums is so inspiring!
