I've been thinking about getting this app. Can you describe it a bit? I HATE running, but LOVE zombies and I'm hoping that this app will make running more enjoyable. I want to love to run but I just....don't!

I wish I had some tips! I work the night shift too, from 7 to 7. I bring only healthy snacks, like veggies and hummus or tzatziki. Also, I add my dinner calories to my food diary, but pack up half to take to work to finish later. Yogurt and fruit is good too. All in all, I try to keep it light. i find eating too much…

I'm an LPN on Med/Surg. I'm just working casual right now, but our shifts are 12 hours, and is often short call, so sometimes it can be tricky to meal plan, especially on nights. I do my best to stay away from the cookie/cracker bin!

I subscribe to Women's Health. I really like it, but I do find it to be occasionally repetitive, and sometimes focuses too much on weight loss instead of overall general health and wellness. Worth the money, though. I will renew my subscription when it expires.

How about making and freezing low cal muffins? Lots of recipes can be modified to reduce oil and sugar using fruit juice or applesauce. You can take them out of the freezer before bed and they're thawed by the time you get up.
