I was 297lbs at 24, that was my wake up call and I was determined not to reach 300. I'm slowly reducing my weight but I have a long way to go!

Who am I to judge others for being too thin, too fat, too anything!! That's the reason why the majority of people are here in the first place, because someone has passed judgement on them.

I am going to have to try those egg cups as well! I never thought of doing something like that! I usually have scrambled eggs with either rice cakes or on a slice of wholemeal toast.
