Hi, I have that trouble either its sweets or salt. When I crave these things I stay away from grocery stores and vending machines. if i cant help it i grab a bag of welchs fruit snacks

Welcome! My reality check was when I had to catch my breath walking from my work parking lot to the front door. MFP has been a big help to me and there are alot people on her to help keep you motivated. you can add me as a friend.

I get the samthing. I spoke with a gym instructor who stated that you should not eat the calories you burn because this does defeat the purpose. I told her about the tracker.
